yes. the forum is on their hosting so the cost is $15 per month to host and operate. the gallery is a yearly license and, if it is kept, will need to be renewed in april of 2010. the rest of the site (home page and restaurant database is of course developed and paid for...so the only cost to run the site is the $15 plus a yearly renewal on the gallery at $65(?)

The monthly payment of $15 covers the license (use) and the hosting. No upfront and no yearly fees for the forum license. This also covers any support you need for both the forum and the hosting.
