Hi Guys,

I have just created a new SMS, Flirt, Text, Mobile Phone Forum called www.Textaholics.com

This may be an opportunity too good to say no to!

As of March I will be going away for 6-7 months (in the Navy), and wont have any time to look after it, so I am looking for someone who may be interested in Renting this nice site and excellent domain name off me!

Its pretty simple, if you decide to rent or lease the site, you can use your google adsense or banners to make money out of it!

The site has only been online for 2 days. So I have been very busy sorting out topics and fixing permissions and stuff!

It is totally up to you how you choose to make money out of it, and how you choose to market it, but should only take a few weeks until google and yahoo etc pick up the threads in their search engines!

I don't really have much of a clue regarding all the technology and stuff about Mobile phones, so I suppose this forum would suit someone who knows stuff about the topic and of course would need to be willing to make the effort to create new topics, new threads and so forth!

When I get back in November / December I will take over the reins.... so that must be agreed.

If you are interested, I am happy to view your offers via PM or email for the rental of this site for the period mentioned above, I will have access to the domain name, and you with the site, and hosting info! I will be still paying for the monthly website hosting, so you will only need to pay me a monthly fee or a one off rental fee from January 2005 till December 2005.

When I am away, I will still have access to the internet and email, so if you come across problems with the name (which you wont) I will be just an email away, which I will provide you with my work email etc

The banner / logo you can currently see is only a sample logo and will be changed with more appealing banner within 24hours

If by chance the website has been marketed extremely well, I will be more than happy to give you a bonus on my return ... or go in partnership with you in the site!

I am only looking for people who are trustworthy and reliable!

Yeah but when people see 1 or 2 members it's very rare that they'll join i've seen many forums built on domains with type ins and never get any members .

Oh Well, I am still working on the site, so once I create a heap of threads, it should become a little interesting, I am not to fussed if no one is interested! You need to start somewhere, all forums start with no members!
