Sorry for 'double-posting', but everyone seems to have stopped looking at the old thread on this one, and I have just added some very important info to it.

Basically, the site/domain for sale is nissan-navara.net, an owners forum for the popular 4x4 truck.

It is now consistently achieving 20,000+ uniques per month, and Adsense revenue is strong - January was highest at $213 but it will virtually always do $150+ (March to date $58)

It is ranked as the 128,000 busiest website in the U.S. and 642,000 in the World - quite high out of 6 billion!!
