I recently purchased 2 sites which I don't have the time to develop any further and I am putting them up for resale. The sites have minimal traffic, nothing worth mentioning so I do not factor that in to the price. The sites are:

zerik.net - webmaster site including 2 scripts and 9 templates WITH reseller rights.

tutorialhelp.com - includes 3 months of vb license usage(on my part, you don't get the license) custom forum skin and large database of tutorials.

My asking price is low - $35 for zerik.net and 35$ for tutorialhelp.com or $60 to the person who wants them both. They currently link together.

Getting lots of errors:

Warning: main(webhosts.htm): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/zerik/public_html/index.php on line 113

Warning: main(): Failed opening 'webhosts.htm' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/zerik/public_html/index.php on line 113

Yes, which is why the time is needed to develope the sites...

The reason for those errors is simply because I added a link and never created the .htm file which it pointed to, basically an ugly 404

13 visitors per day on zerik and 26 on tutorialhelp.com

Both of those figures are for the month of April.

Actually, tutorialhelp.com only contains links to actual tutorial sites, am I right?
