hmm tony i see backlinks on craiglist posted on 11th of this month..i really dont think you are allowed to have newly placed backlinks to generate revenue on parked names..correct me if i am wrong,

Not for domains that are parked. I think it's against the terms of service pretty much everywhere. Also, CraigsList is likely to get pretty unhappy about it as basically you are advertising nothing but advertisements.

I was wondering where all the traffic was coming from and why the previous owner didn't see this value. I still think it's a a very nice domain name for the price you paid. But to answer your question, YES! Definitely develop it with an Adsense template. That will legitimize the links you are using. Your click rate will go down, but you will be legit and you can do more such things to drive traffic. More importantly, you are seeing that people respond well to this name when it's put in front of them, as I would expect. That in itself has value. I think with a simple template and several links, you have something that may sell for several thousand dollars. It's a great name for getting customers attention.
