Foreign and "alternative" domain endings....where to get them?

Is there a good, safe, trustworthy place to register more alternative type domain endings such as other countries and other endings?

Although I haven't had any experience with them idotz.net seems to have the best retail prices and amount of cctlds. I've read it was bit hard to transfer out though. Most of your registrars sell these domain but you might not see them advertised on their sites as much. eNom would be an example. There you have "Search all other TLDs" after your search to find cctld availability.
