Agree fully with that. Sold means Sold and does not mean the first one to send the money gets the name regardless of when they posted sold.

Not a problem, transaction is complete. Thanks Toria :)

I just want to make sure the domain actually sells!

I am not holding out for higher bidder. I'm not trying to get people to compete for the name. I transfer domains promptly, usually within 5 minutes of receiving payment. I'm an honorable seller and I want to deal with honorable buyers.

My problem is that I've had a few occasions when someone posted sold, claiming a domain I had for sale, then they never paid me. But, because they posted sold on my thread, everyone assumed it was sold and did not make any offers. Everybody thought it was sold to someone who wasn't really buying. I'm sure you can see my dilemma.

Because of that, I put that disclaimer on my for sales threads. If there is a better way for me to guarantee that the people posting sold are really going to pay, I will be glad to hear it! Or if there is a better way for me to state it, I'll gladly accept suggestions.

Best,

Victoria

I had no problem with Toria, she's a great seller. Great names as well.
