I started an investment forum about a year and a half ago run with Vbulletin.

We are adding just over 100 new members a week, and with no adsense, just direct ad sales we are making close to $100 a month. It has a page rank of 4, and traffic wise it does somewhere around 15k page impressions per month with a couple thousand uniques.
I don't want to reveal the domain though if you really wanted to you could find it, lol. Our Alexa 3 month ranking is like 102,000 though we will cross into the top 100k by the weekend.
Anyone have an idea what something like this could go for? :?:
