a very nice .biz but not sure that there really is any sales history to try and value the name. Have anyone seen any auctions as yet, and can they actually be sold according to the .biz regulations?

sure, I'd definitely won't advertise to sell, but I've been approached by many offers to buy, having no certain idea about the current/future values.

a time has gone since .biz were introduced. Maybe now someone will provide a more clear picture on the <forum.biz> domain value. regards.

I really like this domain! However, as mentioned and inferred, there are some "obstacles" here, which could either limit the potential re-sale value, or possibly prohibit it altogether!
I do not believe you can "re-sell" .BIZ domains, per se. However, if your company was a .BIZ company, that could be sold. Seek legal advise on this, though.
As far as being a domain name, I would think that without the plural version, a buyer would not pay a premium to own it. These two points are exclusive of one another. Research these points. Good Luck.

The fine print for .com, net, org says the same thing..... .biz just decided to make it bold print .. nothing is different.
