Color scheme look alright.

I have about 40 Airlines I would like to add as seperate Cats .. si that too much ?


And what kinds of subtopics should I add ?

Rants and raves together or seperate ?

Airline security cat

Airline best service ?

ANy idea would be appreciated

I dont like saying bad things but.

I think the BG color is fugly, the logo gots to go and its looking really like defualt PHPBB.

great topic and idea!! rants and raves should be seperate

but i would break it out into sections

1.airline tickests ,,cheapest where to get them etc,,,
2.airlines for business folks,,which airline companies work the best comuter routes etc,,
3.airline for vaction travelers,which airline co,are most accomadating for families etc,,
4.airline companies links ,,by pass the middle man go direct etc,,
5. where to complain about x company,,
6.stewardesses are they what they used to be ?
7.cockpits arm the pilots, create a safety door or marshalls in the air?
8.Future of the airline industry?

Personally I don't think that there is much wrong with the colour scheme - we're not dealing with "Bollywood" and your colours seem to be appropriate to the topic.
There is nothing wrong with a standard phpbb appearance, some of the really heavily modded versions can look ghastly!

I don't like the logo image as it appears to be extremely poor quality and I would say that has to be replaced by something of a higher quality.

The "New Posts", "No New Posts" and "Forum is locked" icons at the bottom of the page have some "edging" so might want to look at cleaning them up a bit.

That might generate some interest ..Ummm..I need stewardesses photo's ..

I like the seperate the business traveler discussions froom the vacation people..


Logo..I still havent decided on a Logo for the entire site webname.. I want to get over 400 Uniques a day(over 100 now) then do a complete renovation along with a "real" logo.

appreciate the ideas guys.. right now I have a couple technical things I am trying to figure out .. getting errors trying to upload an avatar..any avatar ...and having trouble getting the poll feature working..so I'll be dinking with that tonight..

OK. the Poll.. I cant seem to be able to create one....no error messeges ..I go through the process of creating a poll..but the poll just never shows up..

any ideas form the PHP forum pros on what I am doing wrong ?

When you setup a Poll, you have to obviously enter the question, but you also have to manually enter each option. So under the box "Poll Question" you have the box "Poll Option" and the click box "Update".

So when you have entered the question, go to the "Poll Option" box and enter the option e.g. "Yes" and click on "Update", a new "Poll Option" box will then appear for another option and so on. The poll then appears above the first post - if you don't enter options then no poll!
If you've done that already then more information might be needed to find the problem.
