So, I bought this one before I knew about TM. It is getting a lot of traffic and I'm wondering what thoughts are on this. Do I develop it myself into some mini site, or try to get rid of it or what? What are the dangers? Thanks.

i think the most obvious danger is that FOX (after reading this post) may decide to take it. i'd get rid of it asap ....

I can't seem to figure out if foxnews is trademarked at all. I guess fox is. You are saying that this post alone will make fox take it? I guess we will see. Does anyone have any personal experience to share here?

Your comment has nothing to do with this thread except to show that your a flaming liberal...... now back to real discussion.....of coarse Fox News is tm'd and if it the name were developed there would be a greater chance of Fox going after it. I would leave it parked and get rid of it as soon as possible.
