Does anyone who a service that can forward traffic evenly (rotate) to a number of different websites?
 
DNS is probably not the answer because servers and clients keep records in cache, including A records.

What you could do is send the traffic to a script hosted on a designated host, then based on the Host field in the HTTP header you perform the HTTP/302/301 redirect using criteria of your own, source IP, time of the day or randomization options...

There's a Round Robin DNS where a host name has a set of IP addresses and traffic is pretty much assigned at random. The other form is a load balancer. While the Round Robin DNS is very easy to implement, it doesn't provide much control. A load balancer is a more high end bit of equipment and the software version, as described above by Katherine, is probably the cheapest solution.
