Cool Tool is just a tool... much more sophisticated tools have continued to depend upon human input/interpretation so how could this be any different? Let me give you another example: Try the tool for Real-Estate.biz...I'm pretty sure the tool will undervalue this one too. In short, Free-Host.Us is worth much more than $20...

Considering the dash and .biz, it might be pretty close.

I think the issue is that .biz, .info, and .us are to young to reliably predict resale value.

The free model will work well if a pricing model is in place beyond the minimalist free stuff.

For my two cents, I think this 'hyphenated domain would have to be in the .COM for any "real" re-sale value ... but watch closely the potential ".US" evolution. Again, very limited at the present time.
