I have a domain name dispute which I will not share in public (the person knows who they are...) that I would like to have settled. However, my budget does not allow for a $1,500+ WIPO/NAF case, or to hire a lawyer. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Ironically, with all the anti-GoDaddy stuff based on them taking domain names to protect intellectual property...they won't do the same for me. The domain name WHOIS information is private.

I take it you've completely exhausted all means to try resolving with the other
party?

If it's not a trademark dispute, good luck.

Irony of ironies...not twenty minutes after posting this, I was able to make contact and resolve the issue with the domain name holder.
