What registrar companies allow adult/sexist/racist/slanderous etc. domain names to be registered?

I saw a story about someone registering some names through one of the big companies and then the names were denied; not sure if they got a refund or not.

Also, if someone found a name like above that was getting traffic, what parking companies would allow it in; or how would one go about monetizing?

for selling the traffic, i would suggest you to signup to an adult affiliate program that can convert that traffic, you could get better income selling the traffic directly to a company that will cash it. You'll be paid a percentage of sales, or a fixed price for each sale. In some some paysites, you could get sales ratio up to 1:250, and get 35$ sale
