free tool to research a prospective domain

I came across a free tool someone built about 3-4 months ago -- it was mainly for researching a domain you were about to buy.

I don't remember the name of it, but it had a frameset on the left side and loaded a bunch of other free web sites in the right frameset by clicking links.

Easily showed results for webarchive.org, whois history, a bunch of other things.

Does anyone know what this tool is? It was mostly black w/ red lettering if I recall correctly.
