Wanted: Service free webdesign for one!

I am feeling in a bit of a giving mood, so i will offer one free design to one person, free of charge right now.

Requirements:
You have to know exactly what you want, dont expect me to make 10 designs and you pick from them, i want the color scheme, etc etc, as specific as you can possibly be.

Anywho, i am not really asking for anything in return from you, so its atleast worth a shot if you have something small in mind that you want done.

let me know if anyone is interested, and ill see what i can do.

EDIT: i should clarify that i am not offering to desing a whole website, i am just offering to design the layout for the website.

NOTE: I will turn down anything i think is too much for me, so please dont send me a super massive project that you would otherwise pay $xxx amounts for, that is not why i am here. Also, i can choose to turn down the project for any reason i want, and i do not have to disclose that reason.

thanks, this offer was for a limited time and is now over. I hope those who took advantage of this offer are fully satisfied with the result. All the projects i did take on are now complete. (fast service, ya, hehe...), anyways, hopefully this thread will inspire a feeling of giving without expecting something back.

I am volunteer with Grassroots.org

One of the NGO that I am working for needs a basic template for his NGO website.

It can be a simple one where in we can just put the content and upload it. We dont need much of intensive designing. Are you still providing free webdesigns?
