PM'd high bid of $3,500 with backup of $3,400. I will end bidding at 5pm PST which is 4.5 hours from now. Thanks to everyone who has participated and good luck to those still interested.
P.S. I should have mentioned that payment will need to be by escrow.com and buyer/seller will split the payment cost.
