.info lost a lot of respect in my eyes for this free thing they're doing.
Not sure about everyone else, but it's sort of a spit in the face of those that paid for theirs.
Not sure what your scenario is, but .info will take some time before I like the extension like I used to.

... anyway, that being said, those all would have value when they're developed, and the value would depend on what you do with them. For now, they're worth little more than reg fee, which is - well, you know.
