Freedomforums also used to be a fairly successful forum a couple of years back.

www.freedomforum.org and www.freedomforums.org are up and running sites. I don't know about $ value, but I think FreedomForums.com is a great name for a political message board. I recently reg'd DemocracyForums.com and LiberalForums.com. Good luck.

Thanks for your opinion mate. I plan to develop it is a political debate forum in the very near future. I know how to attract the user base for such a forum so it should go relatively well. I think both of your domains are quite nice too, particularly liberalforums.
