Just bought this domain and wanted to know how much you guys thought it was worth.

Take into account that the main keywords for this niche are like 'games' 'addictive games' and 'free games'

Games and Addictive games have well developed .com's already whereas the 'free games' doesn't yet.

It's also well aged and has managed to keep its PR4 even whilst parked

What would you guys value it at?

Yeah bought from Nat, and yeah he was great, really nice in fact.

I bought the domain to develop anyway really but just wanted to get some appraisals as it was now.

Without knowing traffic but assuming XX visits a day I would be suprised to see big 5 figures, at the most reseller maybe low 5 like $1XXXX.

Yeah, .org kills value greatly in this case. Nice keywords though. I would say mid x,xxx and you are lucky to get anywhere in xx,xxx.

Free is an amazing keyword to have nearly in any niche. Whatever you paid, with development it will seem like peanuts. Good luck!
