Not sure if this domain is considered to have real traffic. You are prominently linking to it from http://www.vgaccess.com so I don't think this should be considered traffic for purpose of this sale since this link is helping it get direct traffic and also a better ranking at Google. I assume you won't be linking to it forever once the domain is sold.
