My venture from Parking is a gay adult theater:
BoysVideos.org

It's at a high-quality pay-per-view adult theater site set-up by AEBN.net and just today, GLINN Gay News Distribution issued a press release about the site. I'm also promoting similar type theaters: asiansexaction.net and europeanvideo.net.

These were "parking" non-earners and already have shown immediate results from this new direction. I just wanted to pass along the tip.

Well there's no doubt that development can bring in better results than parking at times. It depends on what kind of time and resources you have to put it together and promote it. This sounds like a great choice for the domain name, especially since it was a .org and I imagine didn't get that much type-in traffic.
