I am selling the following SEO eBook site as I no longer have time to develop it. Please find more details as follows:
This fully automated site is very easy to maintain as the home page is updated constantly via RSS. All the products in the site is tagged with either the SEO Book affiliate id or the clickbank id to allow you to earn commission easily. This is the same for the Amazon books recommendation.

1. This site is three month old. Domain name is six month old. Domain expire in end of this year.
2. This site has a PageRank of 3 with rest of the pages mostly PR 2.
3. Ranked top 10 in Google - SEO eBooks

5. The revenue till now is minimal as I did not promote it other than building relevant backlinks (articles submission).

1. The feeds are easily configured to display the amount of blog post you want to view from Google Webmaster blog.
