Peace.cc is a funny videos, pictures, animations and flash games site which runs on licensed version of MediaScript (lifetime license included) with a nicely customized logo and design. All pages have been optimized with mod_rewrite for SEO. Script features a very strong admin panel to manage all aspects of the site including adding/editing/deleting categories, media files, users, pages, links and much more. We have also optimized ad locations on pages to blend into the site and provide a better clickthrough rate. The site is about a week old, has around 100 videos, pictures etc. and currently receives around 100 unique visitors and 600-1000 page impressions a day. Traffic stats are available at http://www.peace.cc/peace1.jpg (March) and http://www.peace.cc/peace2.jpg (April). Traffic is generated through bookmarks, forum posts, signatures, word of mouth and links from my own sites which will remain intact as long as I own these sites. The site is currently using about 200 MB bandwidth/day and 500 MB space.
Looking for offers over $250 with BIN set at $500. Domain is registered at GoDaddy and come with a free push. Please note that I have spent a low $xxx amount for this single word premium domain alone therefore I will not consider lower offers then my asking price.

CreditCards100 is a credit card site which I built and forgot about 3-4 months ago. Now the site is PR5 and could very well be turned into a more complex credit card site using an affiliate program such as Credit Card Offers or NCS. You can also try selling links on the site which could bring in a nice amount of cash per month. Online credit card applications is a very popular business which can generate a good amount of cash paying up to $80 per approved credit card application. The site only receives a few unique visitors per day as it was never promoted or advertised. Adsense may have generated a few clicks but no stats are available as ads for this site were never channelled.
