Hi gang...
Unfortunately, I must part ways with one of my projects. I don't have time anymore and my baby son is taking over my free time. So...
FutureRank.com is up for sale.
A little about the domain and site
FutureRank.com became a very well know and regularly visited future page rank predictor for many webmasters. I created a lot of return visitors and webmasters using it to check ALL of the websites in their portfolio (you might have already visited the site yourself!). It was just starting to take off and do very well when google changed the system of how they figure google PR, and blam bling blongo, the script I purchased to provide that info does not work anymore.
I was going to 'patch' the problem by using a tool from a site like iwebtool.com, where you can use their tools on your site but low and behold...their PR predictor does not work either (same problem).
+UPDATE+ Script has been fixed, it now works just fine. +UPDATE+
FutureRank.com gets between 1500 - 2500 unique visitors a month. In the month of May so far, the site has received 464 unique visitors. Someone needs to take advantage of the webmasters coming to this site. FutureRank.com has done over 18,000 PR searches, which can only grow for someone putting useful tools back on the site.
I was going to redirect the site to one of my other webmaster related websites to take the targeted traffic regularly coming to the site...but then decided that someone else may have a better use for this domain and the webmaster traffic going to it. My baby son is taking up more of my time these days, so it is probably best to just push this over to someone who can carry on with it.
Revenue
The website has never had google adsense (for obvious reasons) or any other adsense type program on it. I hate those revenue systems and was screwed by google (lost a lot of money) and don't use any of those type of programs. I normally use my traffic to send to other sites or when the traffic gets in the 1000's per month; I sell links to make extra cash. I can show you screenshots of paypal link sales, but its kind of a moot point. I mean, when a site is getting traffic, selling links is not difficult. I would say that because I self-promoted a lot of my other sites, the $100 a month I would make on selling links could have easily been doubled.
The sky is the limit on what you do with the domain and advertising...I obviously can not make any bold guarantees...but if you aren't a first timer, then you probably will be smart enough to figure out how to make a decent amount of money from the traffic on the site, since it is all webmasters visiting.
Stats
Here are a couple links to screenshots to the traffic. I moved things over to a new server and am having problems being able to give people access to the webstats (any suggestions would be great), so if you want to see other stats...please let me know.

FindMyPr.com shows the domain as a PR2. That is without the www in the PR search. With the www. it comes back as a 0, but shows more backlinks and search engine links than without:

The script no longer works, and the developer was nice enough to give me a refund on the script. That basically means you can't have the script that is currently on the site. It would not be right for me to sell that with the site, since I was given a full refund. I was going to throw a basic webmaster PR tools site together to sell with it, but I decided to keep the original up, so that you all could see the stats and see what current webmasters that visit the site see, do and the results they get.
I will push the domain name over to the new owner immediately after payment is received. I prefer paypal but am open to other options. Since I can not sell the script with the domain, there will not be much else that comes with it. I can provide the new owner with the hosting account it is on for a period of time, if they need it. That can be discussed at the time of the sale or after.
I do not have any prices in mind, but figure that people should bid what they want and we will go from there. I will entertain all BIN offers, and if I here one I like I will sell the site immediately. I have the right to end the sale at anytime, and the site will be posted for sale several other places.
Let me know if you have any questions.
