Galcomm Renewal Problem

Pool.com picked up a domain for me a while ago. The registrar is galcomm/communigal. They never sent me a user id, and all I keep getting are renewal notices (the domain is about to expire). I've been emailing them for over a week, and no help. Can anyone offer any suggestions or help?

Questions:

1. Is the name locked?
2. Is your active email listed as the admin contact's?

Unfortunately, persistence is your only friend for complex problems like these.
You should persistently contact Galcomm or even Pool if the answers to both
questions are no.
