I doubt what you said. Means a lot to gamblers.
Gmablers are 99.9% losers in the long run, if they can gat partial refund of their losses, they will be so glad.

Casinos offer 15% t0 45% referral commission to webmasters or pay big $$$$ per click to ovt. All they want is players.
Gamblers mostly know about referral commission, now if I offer part of my commission to players, I see no reason that they will not gamble through my site (links). Money is money, more attractive than other thing on net.
The above is just my own theory, but it will be cool to hear the public voices, thanks!
