Reason for sale is because i am moving to miami to expand my real estate company i wont have much to do with internet anymore so i have to get rid of all my online assets. I really dont want to but i have to because of my situation.

The seller and I agreed on a bin of $1300 ..I made the payment and seller sent me the following information through email:
username/password to manage account at aplus.net for gameownerz.com
cpanel user/password for gameownerz.com
vbulletin customer id/password
gfxavenue cpanel user/password

I requested the seller for about 2 days, day and night to transfer the domain gfxavenue from his account to mine but after numerous failed replies he finally did..

In the mean time I was doing some cleanup on the forum and getting ready to move the forum to my server several mods on the board contacted me including a person by alias "cyberdog". he always referred to himself as co-owner..he contacted me on msn and always talked about the forum and seemed like he cared so I gave him respect..but yesterday he kind of ticked me off so I told him that I am trying to run the forum as a business/pleasure and would like to do things my way as I paid for it. So it turns out he wasn't aware of the sale..

He apparently owns the domain name and according to aplus.net he has master rights to the account. (Note: when I got the aplus username/password I changed the password right away ofcourse).

Also, according to him he always owned the domain name and he only let someone else run the forum/website but never the domain name. He gave the password to the previous owner only so the owners could do dns changes.

Now I tried to talk to the seller from whom I bought the domain name and according to him, I am playing a game with cyberdog's help and trying to scam the seller who is Relo7414 on this forum. Anyhow after numerous back and forth..he spoke to cyberdog..

Now cyberdog doesn't like Relo and according to him while he was having a conversation, he confirmed (I am not sure if this is true or not)..but he said that Relo tried to pay him off so he can let me have the password for some time and go on about business later on..

In the meantime Relo yesterday said that although the transfer was completed, he will go out of his way and help me and assured me that the domain issue will be resolved today..

Also, I have not spoken to Relo today entire day..and I have not asked him to give me money back just yet as I am waiting for his response..Please be advised that I paid via paypal.

Now I would like some guidance? I would really appreciate your help in this matter.
