The Skin is included but vbulletin is not and it is important when you get ownership of this site that you use your vb or convert because i will be using my license on another site and i want no confusion from vbulletin.
Please do not ask if i am selling vb also because the only reason i wont sale is because it states i cant transfer ownership because i havent had license long enough.
