I sold a similar site (4,000 members 200k posts), with similar traffic and revenue, for $6k. However, you have a great domain (maybe up to $10k) and custom skin (around $1k), so I would say it's worth $12-20k.

But considering that the name is great, I would say you could look towards $10k for this one. Great name!
