I am looking at potentially selling a gaming news and information site that was started March of this year. The first few months were slow as with any site, but the site is starting to receive consistent traffic from Google, as well as some from Yahoo.

The forum also receives 300+ unique visits a month to the subdomain, as well as traffic from Google and other search engines amounting to roughly 1/3 of the visits.
I can provide more information and statistics for interested parties. My reason for selling this site is that I have become very busy with school, work, and other responsibilities that require my attention. However, I have considered bringing somebody on to the project as a partner as well. So, I am looking for a solid offer to part with the site.

- Site has a mix of some original content, as well as news and postings about upcoming RPGs (role-playing games). These games include World of Warcraft, Diablo 3, Guild Wars 2, and more.
- The site content is controlled by Wordpress and we use PhpBB for the forums.
- We just recently started trying to monetize the site with Google Adsense, so far a few clicks here and there, but no appreciable income at this point.
- The site has grown organically up to this point. We have not done too much in the way of promoting the site. If given the right attention and more content, the site could definitely continue to grow at a great rate.
- The site layout is a Wordpress template, but altered with a different background image. We are not selling the template, but rather the time taken to put the site together, the domain, and the original content.
