How do you offer the free web hosting and/or free email accounts?

Through our servers manually via WHM/Cpanel at the moment however there werent' any accepted hosting applicants of yet. I was also going to incorporate our new free email service I am planning on launching in the near future for the free email service through that site as well.

Any interested parties in this ? This site has great potential and currently gets 30-40 uniques a day without any promotion. I simply do not have any time left in my hands with all the other projects to devote into this site. This site and the additional domains will definetly sell if I get an offer over $250.
