I edited the thread title manually. Now the TLD is correct.

To appraise your domain: It's a very good keyword. Therefore the domain has
some potential. I think it's worth registration fee to low $xxx right by now, but
the domain's value can be increased by development.

This is really nice domain, but the extensions sucks... So you should try to develop it or promote other way and then the price should raise. Or you can just promote the .tl extension
