Here is an autopilot website that makes a decent amount of passive income. The site is a simple html website that ranks well in Google for local buyer terms as seen in the report. There is a page for most major cities in the world. It generates income from affiliate sales of a HOT product. The commission is $43.25 per sale and it averages about 5 sales per month.

Asking price is only $175 (less than one month's commission)

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.

if the site makes about 175 a month, why are you selling for 100 usd, why wont wait another month, and can make 200.

Hi DomainScoop,

I paid $175 for the site, it has made $302.75 in the short time I had it. That means that my current profit is $127.75. With a quick sale of $100, It would put me up to $227.75. That would be $227.75 for about 1 hour of actual work I have done to the site. That's not a bad rate. When I develop and sell sites, I value my time and not the site's self proclaimed worth.

I understand that this forum is mostly domainers and investors so anything close to or higher than what it makes may seem as a risk to some. At the end of the day, I really do not care if it sells or just runs it's course to expiration. I've made what I wanted from it. I have no emotional attachment and honestly do not know what the product is or have the interest to look it up.

I would be happy to sell it for more but $100 is a more realistic price.

Hope this answers your question.
