I have to disagree with pavsta, buying stamps for email sounds like a great idea, it will cut down on spam, but i don't want to pay to send email say i'll have to say its a bad idea in paying but a good idea to cut down spam.

yea like that idle time they where on about 10 seconds to send a email, that sounds better than having to pay.

ps would be a great domain if it did catch on.

Let me expalin it this way..there is Nothing at all stopping Gates and Microsoft from starting their own email severs that only allow opt ins.. he can charge you a penny for every email or make you play a retarded puzzle..

every that joins up gets spam free mail ..well other than MS mail and thr hundreds of other companies you will unwitingly agree to as you sign up..of course you can order the super preminm service for 5cents an email or play 2 puzzles and MS can make those "partner" emails also disapper...

So their it is..

but no one in their right mind would use the service.. why should they they can still use FREE email ..

So Gates and MS problem is to get FREE email to disappear..

Start a media blitz about all that nasty spam and how MS has the tools to make it all better.. this will all be an effort to get a solid backing of millions of websurfers to hop on the backwagon..

Then Gates and MS can get their lobbist to start on the senators ..showthem just how terrible all that spam is , hell free email it's probably even a threat to our nation,

e need legislationm to out law FREE email and replace it with PAY email so we our nation will be secure from terroist and spam..

blah blah blah blah blah..

Obviously Gates wants this. Its a good way to profit from his millions of hotmail users.
I'm against this. It will not stop spam. Spammers usually have a lot of money to begin with, so a few pennies per email is NOTHING. Gates should donate some of his billions of dollars to clean up the Internet. Sue the mass spammers. Shutdown the hosting companies that host those spam sites. Terminate the spammers ISP accounts. That is how you stop it.

Ooops, sorry about that. For a minute there, I thought this was the lounge :)

I kinda like your name actually. It would make for a good stamp information site. Many people collect stamps, but don't know much about them. I got a shoebox full of them :)
