For Sale GD failed backorder problem!

I just realized that a few of my failed backorders at Godaddy no longer have the change settings option so I can add a new backorder!!!

It just says view settings, as if it was not a backorder but a monitor service.
Is this a bug?

Anyone else has seen this?
