Traffic
Site averages nearly 3,000 uniques per day. I've had one day this month it got up to over 13,000 uniques. That day was mainly due to a front page story on digg.com, but that is not at all the only source of traffic for this site.
NOTE: I will send a link to my LIVE awstats page to INTERESTED persons only. If you don't have the funds to cover my minimum asking or bid price don't ask.
Revenue:
I've been experimenting with different ads so honestly these numbers only reflect a fraction of what you'll make with all this traffic. I've used Yahoo! ads for about 4 days and earned a whopping $5.28. I dropped them immediately.... They weren't targetted at all resulting in very few clicks. I slowly added Chitika to the site and started generating about $5.00 per day but when I heard about the big fiasco with them taking 70% of webmasters revenue I backed off and went adsense only. Adsense didn't do too well alone so I caved in once Chitika added default URLs and begain discounting clicks in real time instead of at the end of the month.
Long story short the site has made $67.70 chitika and $22.07 Adsense since Nov 16th. And that's all I can claim with proof. In reality the site could have made a LOT more. So TOTAL: $89.77 + $75 worth of membership upgrades (3 members bought platinum memberships)
SEO Potential
I am selling prematurely so I can't sell it as a PR5 but it will be (http://www.iwebtool.com/www.geekbb.com). That link doesn't even account for or show the many many other backlinks the site has (you'll see those in the stats) including a sitewide PR5 link on www.geekpedia.com (I don't own that site it is a legit backlink).
You'll get a huge ROI just by selling PR5 links on a high traffic site.
