I just submitted some of my portfolio to dotzup.com (advertised in the dnforum header)

The response was professional and mostly positive, but I was informed that gemmasoft.com was
<quote>
And the following domain is a trademark of Gammasoft, Inc., so we cannot help you with it:
gemmasoft.com</unquote>

I caught gemmasoft.com in a clubdrop auction several months ago.. And it gets steady traffic.. But this is from a previously developed site that sold a software product called gemma aide or something like that... There is still thousands of backlinks for the product so someone has took the time to promote it then let the name drop..

I was unaware of any TM issue, and I have not heard of gammasoft.com(but I am going to google it now so no posts telling me who gammasoft is :))

I'd like to know If there is a TM issue so I ask the knowledgable folks of dnforum for some info..

I posted this as a new post but the auto merge thingy came in to play...

LMFAO
I googled gammasoft and found this page for the gammasoft inc homepage

http://www.gammasoft.net/

Maybe when gammasoft inc is old enough to hire a lawyer they can sue me FAF
Looks like the site was made by a kid
