its been 8 days auction got over at 31st and i also have contactacted the customer care on few other issues about the other auction there was No reply from you guys very sad ... i even end up paying for an reserve auction and dint know the customer service never responded via email
atleast can you specify the date when the payment will be released its over 8 days man auction got over aug 31st
ok now the public holiday is over atleast tell us when we will get paid
But you already know the office was closed when you were writing for support... also you asked in chat at 10PM, 4AM, etc.. also all times when we were closed.

There was a problem with our outgoing email from the support desk for a few days.
We were always replying to the tickets but the replies were not actually being sent from the server. Everything has been resent though.
