I'm assuming the "II" is two capital i's??

If so, this is very problematic ... and I'd have to limit my appraisal to the $0.00 - Reg. fee status. If different, please advise ... and I will revisit.

Yes -- two capital i's. Somewhat problematic. Such is the case for World War II. Do a search for "generation ii". No other way to write roman numerical numbers.
