The names are essentially cute 'brandables', and domains
like that are available at reg fee anytime of the day...
I'm in the UK, and can't be sure, but I would imagine that
there is a TM out on the ref. "NY NY", and if that is the case,
then you're treading on thin ice with these names and they
have a negative value; as opposed to the current reg fee
value.
I'm assuming these are new reg names, and a quick check
on the USPTO website will let you know if you're clear or not.
