Geo Service Or Service Geo; Does It Matter For Seo?

I've been trying to find some information about the placement of the geo keyword; is it best to put it first or last in a domain for SEO purpose or does it matter? For example:

TorontoLawyer.com or LawyerToronto.com.

I would have to think and from what I can see; seems like TorontoLawyer.com would be more valuable but does it matter to search engines?

Google show 43 600 000 results for Toronto Lawyer
Google show 44 000 000 results for Lawyer Toronto

Either way seem to generate a fairly similar search results (same websites).

I do find that you get more map location results in the search when using the Geo first but also get a map when Geo is last.

There seem to be a lot more Service Geo type domain available. Keep in mind that my question is for SEO purpose, not for regular marketing.

SE results often do not practice common sense, nor do the results reflect how many terms are spoken or phrased.

however, per your example, I'd say it's best to use plurals

ie: lawyerstoronto or torontolawyers, as both are "term" perfect. though, if you have to use singular, then I'd put location first, then service.

Thanks. The question is about SEO, if you have experience with geo domains, does it make a different if they are first or after the main keyword.

Even if it makes more sense to say: Toronto Lawyer, would you have the same ranking as TorontoLawyer.com using the domain LawyerToronto.com when searching for Toronto Lawyer?

ranking depends on content and what words/phrases the user enters for the query

may also depend on how many others are competing for those terms
