I am selling a solid portfolio of geo-targeted domain names. I own all 50 United States in the following format:
TheNewYorkYou.com
TheCaliforniaYou.com
TheFloridaYou.com
The 50 states already have PR, albeit a 1 but it's something, I've hooked them all up to WhyPark for the last 6 months or so and they have all been linked up with Google sitemap submissions and analytics.
The 50 states get anywhere between 100 to 500 uniques a month without any PPC or advertising, it's all organic.
I also noticed recently that Marchex is buying up domains in a similar format:
TheCalifornia.com is an example.
So this might be a good buy for someone that has a similar business model in mind.
One portfolio could potentially put you in the running for having a massive US portfolio and domain network.
I am taking offers, looking for something for the whole portfolio however.
I also own the 50 state capitol cities this way and the 248 fastest growing cities in the United States this way as well and might be interested in rolling them all up for one sale.
