If I may, I'd like to clarify that "lebe" is the German imperative ("Lebe!", engl.: "Live!") or used when saying "Ich lebe" (engl.: "I live"). So it's actually a conjugation of the verb "to live", but it cannot be translated with "life" as stated above.
