Can anybody expalin the following to me? Im trying to list www.talkolympics.com with Sedo but when I do I get the following message "Inserting this domain violates German trademark law. Because of that, we cannot accept this domain name at the moment." The are no other TLD's registered and google shows no results. I cant understand what trademark Im infinging?

because part of domain contains the word olympics.
There have been a lot of tm-cases in germany and worldwide regarding olympic-domainnames.
Sedo uses a filter containing such tm names.

You cannot enter certain trademarks or derogatory phrases that have been contested through Sedo already. Porsche would be one example of another banned Sedo trademark and Nazi would be an example of the only derogatory term, I have come across so far.
