I own this domain and just listed it in sedos .co auction, seeing that business.com sold for $350 million, should I remove this name from the auction and set a buy it now to it?

I believe the German word has an umlaut over the "a"; consult a native German speaker to see whether your spelling would be of any interest in that country.

You are right it does over the a, so how much does that impact the value?

Unfortunately, I think it impacts the value considerably. When a German word is written without the usual umlaut, I have generally seen an extra letter added in its place. So if, for example, you were typing the German word for business but your typewriter had no umlaut key, it would be "Geschaeft" rather than "Geschaft". Hence, I think the word "Geschaft" is essentially meaningless. Sorry!
