Reg. fee on a good day. Sorry.

Thanks but can the major companies that take out good money to state a value be that off and out of tatch with reallity? Course what you saying is to give to anyone that pass by.......? the minumum I got so fare is +750usd ?

Im having no probs with your appraisel, Im just wanne know what you think is the reason they have to give me a +750 as there low? Schould I turn to the apprasil company adn demand my money back??? They are one of the larger once in the business?!?!?!?

Hackman, the one thing you will learn once you know how this business works, is that a paid-for appraisal is generally not worth the paper it's printed on, or the bandwidth it consumes to read it. I don't want to be appear rude, but that is a fact of life and there will be plenty here that will agree with me, and very few that don't. However, good luck with your future endeavours!

I agree totally re: appraisals, a golden rule for me is never pay for an appraisal from anybody.Any domain is only worth as much as someone's prepared to pay for it.Having said that you have a good generic term there, yeah it's long but you should sell in time.If anyone offers you $80 or more take it.

That's the reason they told you $750+ . If they would have appraised at $8 you would have "turn to the apprasil company adn demand my money back"

LOL Sharpy - couldn't resist. I couldn't have put it more succinctly than that :)

Well thanks al people well the business si new to me (done other fun stuff before) and Im all ears! Well it cost me in total $59 and that payed for someonce lunch and thats ok with me! By asking you I saved the $59 x al my other domain so regardless BIG thanks for all the inputs and info!

So were is the best place to sell, here, Sedo, eBay were???

Hackman

Sorry for asking but hey you people know and Im here to learn!

I find that professional appraisals are worthless. Like everyone else is saying, a domain is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. It could be the best domain ever in your mind, but if you want to sell it, you'll have to find someone who thinks the same about it.

Good lesson learned. Best appraisals are FREE here. Best markets to sell are here for the quick sale/low value stuff, and maybe sites like Sedo or Fabulous if you want to set a good end-user price and a few cents on PPC in the hope that a buyer will come along in time. Also, put anything you have up for sale here in the right threads anyway -- there are some big buyers around. Good luck and wise thinking.
