The traffic is probably due to a popular site Ginnys.com. I'd be concerned about them coming after the trademark.

You really should take the links to "Ginnys" off of your PPC page.

If you got a UDRP, you will probably lose because of this.

I would probably buy this name if you weren't doing this.
