Although there are plenty of so called appraisal experts on this site, I am not one of them, as for value go with your gut and do your own homework in that arena, you will be better off.
As far as your names go, I would hold "gisco.com" it has a professional corporate ring to it.

can you show some meaning for gisco and bruer ? I dont see any value in both. Maybe because it is easy to remember ?

gisco / bruer meaning? There are plenty of listings on google for both. For GISCO particularly there are plenty of companies.
